BACK-PAIN RECORDS · PT VISIT PREPARATION
Your back has a story.
Bring a clearer one to care.
Back to Life is a preview of tools that organize what you notice, what matters to you, and what you choose to share with a clinician.
A useful conversation starts with observations. A treatment decision needs an individual assessment.

MORE CONTEXT. MORE CHOICE.
Prepare the conversation.
Keep the decisions personal.
Pain scores are one part of a record. The preview also makes room for symptom location, daily activity, personal goals and observations over time.

Organize what you notice.
A symptom story and check-ins are designed to capture your own observations. Saving remains gated by the current privacy release and your permission.
- 02
Choose what leaves your account.
Select record sections and review an exact summary before downloading or sharing. Ongoing clinician access is a separate choice.
- 03
Bring questions to a person.
Use the records to prepare for an assessment. The app does not diagnose, pick an exercise direction or replace a clinician’s judgment.

What does “McKenzie Method” mean?

A FEW CLEAR ANSWERS
Before you open the preview.
Does Back to Life diagnose my back pain?
No. The symptom tools organize self-reported observations and next steps. They do not establish a diagnosis or choose a treatment direction.
Can I follow an exercise program today?
The clinical package is awaiting release. A questionnaire, video preview or saved report does not authorize exercise. Treatment requires the current approvals and an individual clinician assignment.
Will my health information be sent to AI?
AI sharing starts off. The operator policy must be released, your saved AI preference must be on, and you must choose to send each question. Saved symptom records are not attached automatically. Read the full data choices.
Does sharing a summary book an appointment?
No. A download stays on your device. A consented in-app handoff, when a real care team is configured, places the selected snapshot in that recipient’s inbox. Neither action sends an email or books an appointment.
YOUR NEXT STEP
Look around before you sign in.
Understand the workflow and data choices first. The preview app uses ChatGPT sign-in; patient records and review tools stay behind account checks.
